I just came from another groomer after getting my two white schnauzers hair cut. When I picked them up, I was appalled at what they did to these beautiful dogs. They wouldn't fix it. So, I went out to find another groomer that could help me. After stopping at one groomer that couldn't fit me in, I found Petsmart on Hwy K and walked in and asked if they could help my little dogs. They fit me right in, smoothed out all the rough edges on the haircut given to them by Kennelwood. They couldn't make the short hair grow back where it needed to but they made sure everything else was perfect. They were kind and I didn't even need an appointment. I was so thrilled I found someone to help me after the fiasco. They only charged me $14 for both dogs since they didn't have to bathe them and cut their nails. I gave each of the two groomers $10 in tip for what they did for us. Thank you Petsmart. You really helped us out in a bind. These groomers talk to your dog real nice and let you watch. Thay don't wisk them back into a room where you can't see what they are doing. They are happy people too. They seem to enjoy what they do and are very professional unlike where I had just come from. That makes all the difference in the world to me. Thank you, Thank you. I will be taking my little shnauzers to Petsmart to see the groomers there next time. See you in 7 weeks Petsmart.

I have taken my 150 lb dog to Felecia at Petsmart several times she does an awesome job!!!! I have never been disappointed and she is always cut and brushed great!

Nicky did a fantastic job and took great care of my chiuaua. He was injured badly, his jaw was broken in two places, and I was scared to take him anywhere. They did such a great job and made him feel so at ease that I didn't think he wanted to come home with me after he was groomed!
