+ -1 moreThe in-home appointment was scheduled for 10-11-10 between 4:00 and 5:00. I waited until 5:20 and then called the company to see why they had not shown up for the appointment. The man on the phone informed me that he had forgotten to write down the appointment. I expressed minor frustration with the fact that I would have to leave work early again to reschedule and the man became extremely disrespectful and told me that he didn't want to hear how he had ruined my life and that I should find somebody else to do the repair then he hung up on me.
Description of Work: The requested service was to look at a TV that was damaged due to lightning and let my insurance company know if the TV should be repaired or replaced.
