Robbie arrived a couple of hours later, began testing each smoke detector and battery and after not discovering where the beep came from, searched till he discovered our CO2 alarm was the culprit. He replaced the batteries and after consulting with Jerry Nevins decided not to charge us for all this work.

Everything went fine. There was a time when he had to leave because of other work but he had a different person come back the next day. Then we talked to them that we needed someone who will consistently show up and they complied.
