It went well. They are helpful, responsive, and answered questions well.

We have used Mick's for over a decade. I am sensitive to chemicals, so they work with me to schedule treatments for times when I am away from home for a few hours. I do not want chemicals in my home, and I don't need them. They treat only the outside, which is effective. They are always professional and easy to work with. If we have a specific problem, they respond very quickly. I love having them "on call" basically. We pay semi annually and they just charge it to our credit card.

Great, I use them all year long; Pay $70.00 every quarter. I get no bugs, etc.

They are really, really, good. I can honestly say after eight years in this house, I have almost never seen a bug. One time, we found some spiders in one of the rooms, and they sent a guy out at no charge to do an extra spray. They have always said if we find a bug to call them and they will come back and do an extra spray. One time we did find some ants in the basement, and they literally sent a guy out in a day or two to do an extra spray at no charge. I have literally almost seen nothing that creeps or flies. I hear people in St. Louis that complain about bugs in their house, and I never do. They come out every quarter for the quarterly spray. They have always said if something pops up to give them a call and they will send a guy out. Two or three times we have called to say we have an issue. A couple of months ago, I was outside cleaning up the front yard, and there were ants all over a rock. I called them up and they did an extra spray outside.

I was told via phone a specific price for a specific service. I scheduled that service. When the service was complete, the price i was charged was over double. The office had no interest in resolving the issue. Do not use this company.

Miles showed up right on time and was very pleasant.  I was concerned about pets or rabbits being able to get into the traps and eating the poison.  He showed me how the traps were constructed and opened them to assure me that pets would not be able to get to the bait. 

I was scheduled for just having the traps put around the outside of the house.  Before Miles got there I decided that I wanted the entire house treated.  I didn't want to make him late for his next appointment but he assured me that it would not be a problem. 

He listened while I told him why I was having the service and then paid extra attention to the areas where mice had been. 

Miles explained the quarterly service that is available.  He also asked if I was having any issues with any other pests. 

Miles was very personable  and patient throughout the time he was in  my home.

I will use Mick's in the future for any issues that arise.

Placed call to Mick's on 6/12. Service provided on Saturday 6/13. On time and professional. Took the time to explain what he was looking for and what he found. Also provided education on the chemicals used (safe for pets and humans) and about how long it would last. Discussed the 30 day guarantee and their quarterly services. Overall very happy with services.

It went well. They managed to get rid of the pest and we have not had a pest control since.

What a great, professional company! Ray showed up on time ready go. He was very professional, nicely dressed and knew what he was doing. Within first 5 minutes of of arriving he identified our issue then went to work. So far Ray is winning and mice are losing:)

This was very effective. Other providers had been here before and we would still have roaches in the basement, but they are gone now.  They were also right on time.

We found them off Angie's List. We had a good experience. We had a problem with mice, and called them, and they were able to come rather quickly, on a pretty punctual basis. They came out and assessed the situation, and we were able to set up bait stations in multiple locations that would target the problem, and yet would be safe for pets, but also for other animals. They gave a lot of information about what they were doing, and how it would work. They assured that it would only target mice, and they also made sure to put them in locations out of where our dog would be going, and made is safe everyone. They ask if you have pets or children who visit the home, before they come, so that they are aware of the situation. They set up the bait stations, and it wasn't long, the problem was taken care of within a few days. They were quick to come a month later when we heard some more activities, and checked the bait stations, and reloaded them. They came out without any charge according to the plan. Our mice problem has been completely eradicated. They also sprayed for insects in our basement and that helped as well.  We opted for a year round program instead of a one day plan because we have woods on both sides of our house, and so, we will have mice problems a lot.

I had contacted several exterminating companys in the area. I would explain my problem and ask how they would proceed. They were up front with how much they charged which was pretty steep. I would say $200 was the lowest up to $450  which they said was a one time charge to cover what ever was needed including rebaiting the traps. When I talked to the lady at Mick's she was very nice and said the inspection would be fifty dollars and it would be applied to any service I had done. She also said I would get ten dollars off from a coupon. I asked her when I could get it done and she said is tomorrow morning ok. I said yes that would be fine. The next morning Ray showed up at my door. He was polite and asked me about my problem. Ray  then inpsected the outside area of the house and yard near the house. He pointed out some vole activity. We then entered the house and he inspected the attic. He explained what he had found which was new mouse activity in soffet area of the overhang on my front porch. Ray explained what needed to be done. He offered to proceed with the process of treating the area or said I could handle it myself which ever I prefered. I was very impressed with the way he handled the service call. There was no pressure. I can tell you it was so nice to deal with an honest decent man. I will use mick's in the future it's good to deal with a company that has your best interest in mind.

We called Mick's Exterminating because we had ants in the kitchen and ant traps were not working. Office person was very friendly and set me up with a prompt appt.The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and answered all our questions.He sprayed for ants and we never saw another ant in our house. Great job all the way around!

It was a very pleasant and professional experience.  The price was very reasonable.  The first person I spoke didn't even get competitive rates like them.

They arrived for the appointment right on time. The technician was polite, knew his stuff, and quickly identified the issue and approach to resolving it. He set traps and set my expectations on how the process would work and how long it would take. Every week for the next month, I found a note on my door telling me what he had found and any changes he had made on trap location.
Overall, an excellent experience!

Great experience

Two dogs in the family were heavily infected with fleas and had brought them from the fenced in back yard into the house where they had begun to alos bite the persons living in the house.  Because we live in Virginia and own the house in Wentzville where our son lives, we needed to find someone with whom we could build a relationship for not only one time but any future needs.  I contacted three companies, all of whom had excellent ratings on Angie's List, and settled on Mick's.  We had a couple of appointments where no one at the house answered the door, and Mick's finally told me that they would not schedule any further appointments.  After talking to my son, I contacted Mick's again and explained the situation (my son is deaf and they had also had a couple of family emergencies) and they agreed to schedule one more appoitnment.  That appointment was kept, they thoroughly explianed what my son would need to do by way of preparation and possible future treatments and then applied the treatment to both the yard and the house.  It seems to have resolved the problem.  We were grateful for them working with us around the appointment problems and were very satisfied with the work.
