It's really her loss. She spent travel time to my house and then almost an hour talking with me. The pictures weren't really anything as they were taken with her phone camera. I know that I wasn't an expensive client but still, when I initially talked with her on the phone to set up the free consultation, she agreed to taking me on as a client and said she did decorating for individuals. Then for her not to follow through or even return my call. . . that is very unprofessional.
Update: Melissa did finally call me back after I left her a phone message. It was at least 3 days AFTER I phoned her and AFTER
I wrote the review. What she didn't add up. I decided that someone that unreliable and probably untruthful on top of it, was not someone I wanted to work with. It was a bad deal from the start. I hope she learns from this experience and treats other people better than I was treated.
