Kustom Kare Lawn & Landscapes

I contracted this guy to build two retaining walls at my residence.  The larger retaining wall (~4 feet at its highest point) in the front yard is falling down.  It all started a few months after it was originally completed.  The wall started to separate with huge gaps reaching over 2" in size with blocks becoming hazardously loose.  When I called Jeff, he stated that this was normal.  After many calls, he finally came out and looked at it and, after inspection, told me that his workers failed to put the pins in the blocks.  I also asked if the fact that he did not install any type of drainage system had anything to do with it, of which he replied that it did not.  After several months of calls, he finally showed up to "fix" the wall.  His version of "fixing" the wall consisted of gluing all of the blocks together (which oozed out of a majority of the cracks) and improperly installing a drainage pipe (which has never had any water drain out).  He only did the drainage pipe because of my repeated requests, as he still believed one was not necessary.  He actually only finished about 3/4 of the repair job and said he would come back to finish, but he never did.  I spent the next two weekend with a friend and a rented industrial saw finishing the project.  Fast forward to today and the wall is again falling down with hugh gaping cracks.  I have had some companies come out to provide estimates to repair the wall and they have all essentially laughed about how poorly it was constructed.  There is no repairing the wall as it has to be torn down and rebuilt because of its poor construction, which is going to cost me quite a bit.  I obviously would highly recommend NOT using Jeff Koper or his company as he was extremely unprofessional and did not properly build, or even finish, the retaining wall that he contracted to do.
