They have always done a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing what needs to be fixed. (I feel like other shops will just fix whatever you tell them to even if you are wrong or find things that they can do to make the job bigger.) Their communication is great; I dropped the car off overnight and he called before looking at it to verify what I wanted then he called right away with a diagnosis and a breakdown of costs and then again when the work was done.
