Home Building
I signed the contract on October 12,2018. So far I have paid the firm $43,500 and no work has been done since the first week of April. A lot of the work has been done, but one bathroom still has no toilet or tile on the floor. The laundry has a large hole in the wall. Equipment has been left behind. Some cabinet work has not been finished. Some caulking has not been done. Some tile in master bath is popping up. Closet shelving has not been started. For a time there was a "stop work order" on project , due to I assume to missed city inspections. But that was resolved June 13. In the last 5 weeks there has been no progress at all. Communication has been a serious issue. I am at the end of my rope.
