The service went fine but after performing the service the owner approached my wife and informed her that he would not be coming back to service our system. This is with years left on the parts warranty.
Apparently he was upset because I negotiated a discount with his office manager earlier in the year for the start up and shut down so in a fit of petulance e is refusing to service our system.
That is fine, I can always find someone else to do my service but this proved to me that he is unreliable and cannot be depended upon.
The quality and performance of the system was fine but on a human level, this left a lotto be desired.
