IDR CUSTOM CONCRETE LLC

Not good. Had asked to be advised when the work would start and really wasn't told. Left a check in the doorway thinking that they would just pick up the check and call me later with the start date. But, that was not the problem. Work also included removal of a bunch of landscaping rock in the back yard. When they were finished, the rock was spread all over the back yard and into the front. Pieces of brick and in fact whole bricks were left embedded into the ground on the side of the house which they had used as path for removal. A mound of rock was left behind. They finished in the afternoon, and by the next morning beginning at 7:45 am called my cell phone 3 times wanting to know when they could get the check, and in exchange, give me a lien waiver. Left the check in the door , although they didn't do the work they had told me they would do and what was stated in the bid with the mess left behind. Just decided I wouldn't give them the bid for the new patio and they never followed up.

We expectedly decided to move and needed to replace our cracking patio in a short period of time. After checking Angie's list, I called IDR to arrange an estimate. Mr. Purdy responded to my call within an hour and was at my house later the same day. He explained how the patio removal and new installation would be accomplished and said IDR could accommodate our schedule provided the weather cooperated. We got 2 other estimates for the work, one hire and one lower. We chose IDR because we were impressed with Mr. Purdy's ideas and professionalism. Mr. Purdy and his crew were on-time, on budget, and installed a beautiful patio/steps/walkway. The entire crew was professional and friendly. We were impressed with the high quality of the installation and definitely feel we got our money's worth. I highly recommend IDR to anyone needing concrete work.

Very professional. Competitive bid. Prompt, polite man to perform job. Quality job. Owner came by to inspect job and suggested some minor corrections that they would fix.
