They are a little expensive, but they are very good. They are very good and friendly, and that's why we keep using them. I would call them a little on the expensive side, but they provide good service. They have good customer service and are very friendly. They aren't super expensive or else I wouldn't go back to them. Their customers service is top notch. I would absolutely use them again. If I had any issues, I would go to them. They are a little on the high side, but absolutely worth it. It is a very warm, inviting, atmosphere. It is actually a cool place to take your pet. They have cats that run around the place which is funny. They don't roam and jump on laps. They just hang around the counter. It is a very friendly feeling. We had a dog for 15 years that had seen better days. They gave us a memorial and a foot imprint, and those nice touches we didn't even ask for.

They messed up with her medication. After two weeks she still had the infection, they wanted me to get the same urine test done again. They put her on different antibiotics which didn't work also. Then after that two weeks cycle she still had the infection. I called them back and told them. They wanted the same urine test done again I told them no to give me an antibiotic that is going to work. When I went to pick up the 3rd antibiotic, the lady at the front asked for THE name, I said mine or the dog. She said "Does the dog have the same name as you". I told her next time to clarify who's name you want. That antibiotic did not work. I don't know if they were giving me the wrong kind or milligram. Decided to take my puppy to a different vet. They ran urine test gave me antibiotics and it worked great first time. I will never go back to gental Dr again.

Unfortunately my dog Roxy was extremely ill and Dr Judy was very compassionate. Even though it was already past closing she gave me the time I needed to say goodbye to my best friend and she was so sweet to hold her as she made her final journey over the rainbow bridge. The little clay footprint they gave me is a very nice way to remember your pet.

I love Dr Heather. She will spend as much time with you as you need. She answers all questions and concerns. I also love the late hours so I can bring my dog in after work or on the weekend. Dr Heather even does follow up calls a few days after your appointment, that is better than my Dr!

Always very professional, friendly staff and caring veterinarians. I drive 30 miles out of the way to go there. I always feel they offer me all options on treatment and the cost is provided so no surprises.

I recently moved into the area and I needed to find a Veterinarian.  I read the reviews for several animal hospitals in the area and the Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital received the most positive reviews.  Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were very friendly and informative.  Also, I did not feel as if the appointment was being rushed through. I will continue to use this animal hospital for my cat's health needs.

We took our dog in to see Dr. Wise. We received excellent care. From the front desk folks, to the tech, and to Dr. Wise.
Dr. Wise is extremely professional and skilled. Our dog had a small tumor on her leg. Dr. Wise examined her and
the tumor. It turned out to be cancer. Dr. Wise guided us to getting the right care for our dog. We couldn't be more happy.

It went well.  He needed two teeth removed, and the vet called in the middle of surgery to notify me and explain the situation.  They are always very thorough, you can tell that they really care about the animals.  The service is great from the initial phone call to schedule a service, to the prompt appointments, to the follow up afterwards.  I'm very happy with them and will continue to take my pets there.

The  prescription was ready within a couple of hours, and did indeed treat her diarrhea.

My experience with the hospital and staff was very touching...My pet was in a state that even though the end result was very moving..
They did everything in their power to save her.  I was impressed with the care and attention to detail in all aspects of the treatment.
They were very sensitive to her vital signs and to our personal feelings..

They have a very easy personality. All the doctors there are personable. We have been going there for close to 15 years. Their price is very competitive. I have one dog that has had several surgeries and they are very effective at treatment. My kids had to do things that I considered having them go somewhere else because of affordability, but we all keep coming back to this place because everything is just perfect. They call in the middle of surgery and afterwards, and they call a couple of days later. They have even e-mailed me in the middle of nothing going on just to check. The punctuality is very good and I have never had to wait. They are extremely professional. One of the highest qualities of professionalism is suggesting other people when you don't know or aren't sure that you are going to be able to do something for a better price, and they have done that for me. They don't do everything just for the money. The fact that my kids find it affordable and are comfortable taking their animals to them says a lot for them since neither one of them live in the same area that I do.
