Gary usually does not make service calls on Saturday but made an exception. Very professional and nice. Had to make two runs to the hardware store. Very pleased with the work. Not only repaired problems but gave suggestions to avoid future problems.

Did a great job. Called him at 2pm to fix. I asked if he could come out to home at 430pm to fix (wife could be there then). He made it right at 430pm. When I called at 2pm and from my description over the phone, he was able to give range for price (he said roughly $60 to $80). It ending up costing $60 (lower end of what he said over phone). Can't get better than that. I recommend.

Culture marble tub surround looks great. He was very careful at measuring and installing. Prompt at communicating during all phases of the project and made valuable suggestions. Was very understanding this was the only bath in the house and made sure the toilet was working and work area was cleaned at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

He went with me to get a replacement faucet and he gave me the guidelines and then just let me choose what I wanted to go with. He did a great job and I am very pleased.

All communications, estimates and the work went flawlessly.

Gary was prompt in getting an estimate done and met the timelines of the project as we discussed. The quality of the work was good and he kept an eye toward keeping the costs down.

Gary was able to get to fixing our shower head on a Saturday. He was able to respond quickly and he came to the house when he said he would. He was courteous and prompt and pleasant to work with. We had him then give us estimate on other bathroom work we need done (new tile, new fixtures).

Gary did a very good job on all features of this varied job, taking the time to work with my wife to select the materials, installing them very professionally and in a customer-friendly manner. He seems very straightforward and honest, and I would use him again without hesitation.

GARY WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE.HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE MADE SURE HE DID NOT TRACK DIRT IN MY HOUSE AND HE CLEANED UP THE WORK SITE VERY WELL BEFORE HE LEFT. IT WAS A LARGE AND DIRTY JOB AND IT DID TAKE A BIT LONGER THAN HE HAD INITIALLY INDICATED. HE DOES ALL TYPES OF REMODELING, NOT JUST PLUMBING. WE PLAN TO USE HIM FOR SOME HOME REMODELING IN THE FUTURE.
