It was a wonderful experience. Jim Hart made me over $1800.00. I have taken things to auctions before, but Jim Hart was the BEST auctioneer I have ever come in contact with. A true professional. His auction center is inside (heat and air conditioned), NON-smoking, nice chairs and a nice place to eat (food was great). He has a great staff that takes your items down the aisle so everyone can see it and he gets TOP dollar for everything. He does not rush the bids and really works the crowd and I do mean a crowd. He draws people all the way in from Farmington, MO. I could not be happier with the sales he did, both nights on my items. He did have other lots he had to work in, which only enhanced the sale excitement on my items, he really knew how to work the crowd. He was selling furniture from display homes that looked brand new. Every Saturday night at 6pm, you have to get there by 5 if you want a good seat! I will be back for sure to sell more.
