Buyer Beware

I had this company do a repair to the end of my asphalt drive, there were a couple of places where we were not happy with that were not level and we knew it would cause pooling on our drive when it rained.  Jeff stated he was out of material, but would come back and correct it all, so we went ahead a paid him.  What a big mistake!  That was over a year ago!  I have called Jeff every month since then, sometimes even twice a month.  He keeps saying “I’ll be out next week and fix everything”  BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING HIM DON’T PAY HIM UNTIL YOUR HAPPY!

They got the job done, but I was not pleased with a couple of things. One, they were not very responsive or on time. Two, they were trying to use equipment that was not working properly. I have found a couple of hair-line cracks, and he has not responded to me at all.

GAVE US A LOW BID IN APRIL. WHEN WE DECIDED TO GIVE HIM THE WORK WE CALLED HIM & HE SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK, THAT HE WAS BUSY. WHEN THIS HAPPENED A FEW TIMES OVER A COUPLE OF MONTHS, WE DECIDED TO GET SOMEONE ELSE.
