Flooring
He pulled the old rug out removed the baseboards and installed the new floor. He was late several times and took long lunches. He finished the floor and said he would finish the trim work when he came back to do other jobs we contracted him to do. The floor project, however, was paid in full. He never returned for the trim or the other projects (we did not pay him for the other projects), but the trim was part of the basement deal. We called and texted. No response over several weeks, so we gave up and got another person to do the work. We are now paying again for the trim work in the basement. Very unprofessional. I did leave him a message that I would report his behavior to the BBB and Angie's List. No response from him. We were in no rush for job to be done realizing that he may have had bigger jobs to do but no return calls is inexcusable.
