)Labor Day weekend discovered leaking hot water heater TVR leaking. DIY (internet based) test and advice concluded: get a professional.
Called on 4th. Discussed with owner/manager and scheduled service. Serviceman called 20 minutes out, arrived and performed diagnostics, provided written estimate. Agreed, performed repair and departed. Net time, less than 1 hour. In sum, performed as reputed. Note: Family referral (previous customer) and I used service in spite of sole rating (C) because when I read the reason (didn't think the serviceman was friendly? defereintial?) I found the serviceman friendly and willing to explain problem and estimate in detail.
Much more concerned with results.

I was not satisfied with them. The work that they did was okay, but they were not very friendly and had attitudes.

Very prompt. They were here in less than 1 hour after my first call. I had a sump pump that was not working and the well was full of water. They told me that I needed a new pump, what it would cost and did the job quickly and neatly.

THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY CALL. WE WERE TO CLOSE ON OUR HOUSE THAT DAY. WE CALLED CULVER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, AND THEY WERE TO SEND SOMEONE OUT. THEY WERE 2 HOURS LATE, AND THEN HE DIDN'T HAVE EVERYTHING HE NEEDED TO FIX IT. HE RAN OUT OF PROPANE AND HAD TO GO BUY SOME THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS.
