Crane Roofing

Have used Crane roofing a couple of times in the past with good results. I even recommended them to my neighbors. I was planning to use them a third time and had them come out to give me a bid. After I meet with the owner, Joe Crane, and while waiting for a bid, I found out that a couple of my neighbors had some issues with them. I still wanted to use Crane and felt my relationship with them was good enough to mention the issues my neighbors had. As a small business owner myself. I thought he might want to reach out to these folks (as customer service is very important for this type of business). In the meantime, I waited several weeks to get a bid. I eventually emailed to inquire and was told I would get a bid that day. I waited several days more and then sent a reminder email to inquire about the bid. I never heard back. I wrote another email saying that I would still like to work with them, but still never heard anything. I assume Joe was not happy at hearing that some of his past customers were unhappy with their work and was unwilling to deal with it like an adult. Oh well, his loss, there are plenty of roofers in St. Louis.

They are excellent and don't gouge on the price!!! Joe is the Best!!!

My damages were so small that he just did them for me without charging me anything. He was really great and very nice. He said, "You have given me some referrals in the past and I appreciate your business so I am just going to take care of this." But his pricing when I first had my roof and siding done was very good.

They did a good job. They also did a great job with cleaning up. There wasn't anything left behind.

it went very well was easy to work with and did everything they said they would do. no problems or hassles and no pressure from them would definitely use again and have recommended to my daughter and son in law

finished in one day. excellent crew.

They are very neat and clean. They are all local workers. They are very tidy even in the clean up and disposal of the old materials.
