Countryside has installed multiple floors in our house. Duraceramic in the kitchen...very good experience. Hardwood in the study and dining room...pretty good experience. Carpet in great room, hall, bedroom, etc....not such a good experience.Countryside has a one-year warranty on labor. At just over a year, multiple seams started coming apart on our new, expensive carpet. This was very upsetting, and Countryside would not come back and fix it without charging us. I thought that was unacceptable. Yes, their labor warranty is for one year, but I've NEVER had carpet seams come apart before, not even on the cheap builder carpet that was originally installed in the house.Countryside is kind of pricey. They seem to do a fine job on installing hard floors, but I would never use them for carpet again.

When a pipe, improperly soldered 26 years ago, broke in my master bathroom tub, the lack of an access panel meant that tiles had to be broken. Because those tiles are no longer manufactured, and couldn't be matched, my insurance company paid to replace them all.

Country Side works regularly with my insurance company, but I would have used them on my own. Todd not only gave me options, he gave me good advice. The men who did the tiling work were punctual, careful, clean, friendly, and efficient.

Replacing a bathroom is a messy, tedious job, but Todd and his guys made it as pleasant as possible, and the end result is beautiful. I'd use them again, with or without the insurance money.
