We narrowed the original list of 5 down to two lenders. We ultimately decided to go with CitiMortgage's competition, but they changed the rate they quoted us not once, but twice! Twice we came crawling back to Eric. He was always very patient with us and would take the time to explain language in the contract or documents we didn't understand. After CitiMortgage's competition changed rates on us the second time we were through with them and they actually began threatening us! The company handling our relocation had to intervene on our behalf. Eric Scofield, on the other hand, was always the quintessential professional and his integrity was beyond reproach.
