Berry Construction Storm Repair

The only one (of 4) to respond to my Friday 4/19/24 requests was Billy from Berry Construction. He had Shane arrive onsite within hours on Friday afternoon, inspected (locations were on the side of front and rear Roof Gables on some very high-pitched Roofs), found an entire series of siding pieces broken loose from below the front gable, but stayed in the front corner valley of roof (Front Roof Gable pic), from which the siding piece found on a driveway probably came. He also viewed a series of siding pieces breaking loose on the rear roof (Rear Roof Gable pic). They came out the following Monday (the next business day) to complete the repair. By the time it was fully repaired, some of the other contacts called me after that, and indicated they could not have come out for weeks or months, and we were a previous customer for 2 of those other 3 called. Additionally, Shane perform inspections on all of our other Condo Building Roofs, as suggested by the Trustees, in advance of switching insurance providers in a month. We could not ask for better service, and felt the quote was very reasonable for the immediate response we received.

We had tornado damage this spring. One of the salesmen came by asked if we wanted a free inspection. We took him up on it. They said we had roof damage besides the siding and gutters that we could see. They met with our insurance company and pointed out damage the insurance company missed. Our insurance paid for the roof, gutters, siding inside painting and repairs to our deck. They finished all the work in two weeks from when they started. We are very happy with how everything turned out and would use them in the future.
