About us

Family owned business since December of 1977. We dedicate ourselves to fixing what you have if possible keeping the most common replacement parts on the truck and when we do suggest a change out of a furnace or air contitioner we concentrate on really highly efficient equipment so that when you change the old out your utility bills take a substantial dive. We are an Ameren approved contractor for all of their rebates. We are licensed up to Industrial in St. Charles County and have all licenses needed. After hours, 8 PM till 7 AM appointments require a $25 up-charge.

Went awesome I have used this company for years. Always works with me and explains everything so I can understand it. He put a heat pump in for me couple years ago. He also kept my older unit running for me to help me out as long as he could. Very considerate.

He did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. I have used them for 30 years and have never had a problem with them. They do yearly maintenance and are very reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went well. I called to tell him what the furnace was doing and something my uncle did (who was visiting) seemed to reset it but as the weather had been quite cold it was time for a check. We made an appointment for the next day and he came when he said he would and took care of the problem. He called when he was going to be only about 15 minutes late to let me know. We worked with a 2 hour time frame on the day of the repair/check up for me to be available...acceptable to me. He has, however, had to come out for several 'emergency' calls over the years.
