They were honest and upfront with me. They told me upfront how much to troubleshoot the problem. They gave me a whole list of issues with part cost and how much to install. They did ask how connected I was to the car, because in their opinion the expense to fix exceeded the car's monetary value. With the knock sensors gone bad, the computer goes to safe mode and causes the fuel mixture to be fuel heavy. This in turn caused the front catalytic convertor to prematurely burn out. So I was looking at almost $1800 to get the car to pass inspection and agreed with them that it was not worth it for a 20 year old Camry with 356,000 miles. I took the money that I would have spent on the repair for this car and found a 10 year old Camry in great shape with half the miles and double the cost of fixing the 20 year old camry. They were honest and thorough and gave me a written estimate after trouble shooting the engine light. I would use them again.

Very fortunate to have an car for years, and only to need to maintain the oil and tire rotation. I have had to change the battery. I have an Lincoln town car. I only put in maybe 10,000 miles a year. I go when the sticker says to change, about 3,000 miles.

They are close to my daughter's, they were on channel 4 news, and they were saying how honest that they were, and for an single woman, older women are often taking advantage of, so I felt comfortable with them, have had no complaints.

I've been using them for a little over a year. They were recommended to me by the mechanic I had been using in Lebanon,
IL (Dave Prokoff Advanced Automotive) for 14 years. I trusted his judgement and was moving and needed a mechanic in Missouri. It's a 30 minute drive to get to them, others are much closer, but it is well worth it for the peace of mind of dealing with someone I can trust. They recommended a yearly fuel additive since this was a newer car we had just bought which will keep the fuel injectors and fuel pump dry. Because of past experience I knew I could trust they wouldn't recommend it unless it really would help.
