It was a fight trying to reach anyone with authority, trying every which way to talk to someone that would hear my complaint. Finally after several calls and demanding to talk to a supervisor, Ashley only offered a replacement or reselection of what I paid. Knowing the poor quality of their furniture now, I wanted my money back for just owning it 4 months. I put in a claim with the Missouri Attorney General & BBB, called Channel 2 with them getting back with me wanting me to send them pictures of my couch and now waiting for an interview. Ashley Furniture doesn't care if I go no television or not they stated and they don't care how many media sites that I put my complaint about their furniture on. I can understand if I had owned my furniture more than a year or two, but only having it for a few months and it is falling apart, I don't want another replacement that will have the same problems with their poor quality of furniture. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I hope my report will save other consumers the pain and agony that I have gone through with this company and you will not buy anything from Ashley Furniture HomeStore.
Description of Work: A couch that bought only 4 months ago, the seat cushions are sagging on both sides(sinking more than 3" when you sit down) and you could feel the wood on the arm and foot rests. The middle section sits 3" higher than the rest and one back panel is higher than the other two. Each section is filled differently, staples on the inside where it reclines are not flat and they are scraping on the material and will cut it in time. Serviceman said that it was defective and the material they sent didn't match. The foam and filler is of poor quality and would start sagging again and I'd be calling back within 4 months with the same problem. He wrote his report that it was defective and took pictures.

The dining table that we order, we were told was in stock. When the table arrived at our house the day that was requested it did not show up with the leaves. We were told the table was in stock. However, it did not show up correctly. The other furniture that we bought from Ashley showed very dirty and some of the shelves for our entertainment center were nicked and in not very good shape. For as much money as we spent I would have thought the furniture would have been in better shape and we would have received what we ordered.

They did very well and they came very quick. They delivered all the furniture and put all of the pieces together and would have taken out any old stuff that I had. They worked quickly but they did not try to remove any of the trash, but otherwise they worked very quickly and did a good job.
