All Star offered the best price and most reliable estimate. They were great - on time, responsive and effective in solving the problem. They even came back months later when the ground wasn't frozen to fix the area around where they did the digging.

I called All Star after 5PM on 3/6/2014, because I had sewage backing up into my basement. Steve from All Star arrived within 2 hours, used 120' of chain (from the ROOF, in the DARK on a cold night) and solved the problem. He was tidy, polite, and absolutely dogged about getting the job done. I would highly recommend this company and Steve in particular. Great job, fair price ($200 for two hours of night work), and we will know who to call first if this ever happens again.

Pete came out to drain it late at night, around 9:00pm. He tried several times to drain but kept encountering problems. Pete did a great job and even went above and beyond what he was required to do. Todd had to come the next morning and had to hydro flushed, a specialized piece of equipment, the sewer line from the stack to the man hole in the street. He got 15 feet in and it went right down. They wore booties and went in and out of the garage as to not disturb my home. They did an excellent job and I am keeping them on retainer for future projects. They only charged me $97.00 an hour for after hours work.
