Lawn Fertilization and Treatment
Quoted $175 on the telephone to aerate and overseed, but increased to $325 when he arrived. He claimed there was more to aerate and had obstacles (sprinkler and electric dog fence) and more seed was needed. However, I gave him the lot size and told of the obstacles on the telephone. The aerating work was done well, but none of the seed came up. I did not like the change in price and I believe that very little seed was laid. I let him do the work because of the difficulty in getting another aerator this late in the year. I would not use him again.
