Horrible. The worker ordered a new part for broken part. Part was plastic ice maker tub which was broken in several places. Ordered new part. Came back days later with new part and asked for old part. Well, we had thrown it out! He did not mention to keep it, it was very broken, he said he was ordering a new one, never mentioned cannibalizing new parts for repair. Then claimed that the ice maker was repaired even though it had no tub or augur, then told us it was no longer covered by insurance because we threw away broken part- something that I would have thought would prompt him to let us know to keep it. Then he laughed at us for suggesting that he should have told us and implied that it is somehow common knowledge. Worse, when we called the owner to complained he quite literally called us liars and hung up on us. Worst contractors I have ever worked with!
