I TOOK MY VACUUM IN FOR AN ESTIMATE ON REPAIRS. AS I THOUGHT, THE REPAIRS WERE MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH. THE SALESMAN SHOWED ME A WIDE SELECTION OF VACUUMS FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES WITH DIFFERENT PRICE RANGES. HE TOLD ME ABOUT THE FEATURES THAT MADE EACH MODEL DIFFERENT I FOUND THE MODEL THAT WAS IN MY PRICE RANGE WITH ALL OF THE FEATURES THAT I NEEDED. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO BUY THE MOST EXPENSIVE MODEL OR TO BUY ANYTHING THAT DAY. ALL THEY DO IS VACUUMS, AND THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS.
