We contacted Marti Henson she came out and looked at our property, and immediately placed signs in the yard and got the house listed to rent. Within a week, she called us to tell us that several people had looked at the house. She then called us about a week later to say she had found two possible rentors. We then looked over the rentors information and decided on a young family. Marti met with them and us, got the lease signed and explained it to both parties, and then coordinated the first payment and the deposit. She really guided us thru the process making it both easy and quick. We would use her again the next time our rental house is empty.

I had met Mrs Parson 2 years prior, she was the agent selling a particular home I was looking at. She met me at the home, she showed me the home but the timing of a new home purchase for me was not good, so I held off until I was ready. A couple of years later, I was looking again in a particular area and found a home that I was interested in. I quickly called Mrs Parson to talk with her about the house because evan after meeting her 2 years prior, I felt very comfortable that she was the one I wanted helping me through this process. She was outstanding, she made the entire experiance very enjoyable, she gave me great advise about differant things and everything went very smoothly. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
