When I researched fence systems for pets this was the only one that our Vet recommended. In years past I installed a fence system myself from a large box store and it never contained our dogs. I wanted professional service and professional equipment this time. Our dog, German Shepherd, has done extremely well. Her collar has been programmed to work at our daughters house so when we visit we can feel safe to let her out. While this is not the cheapest around it WORKS. Our dog is safe.
Update May 2015, the collar quit working, one call and new one was in the mail. The item was under warranty. We had to do a little programming over the phone but we were back in business. What great service.

They did a great job. Came on time and communicated well. He asked where on the property line I wanted the fence. Installed quickly and trained both dogs afterwards. He showed me what to do with the dogs and came out a few days later to make sure the dogs were doing well and adjusted collars accordingly.

Pet Stop did a great job on the installation of our dog fence. I researched several other and quot;typesand quot; of invisible dog fencing but found Pet Stop to be the best due to the methodology they use to train the dog as well as the fencing equipment itself. Shane was able to train our dog quickly and love the way they ease the dog into learning the boundaries of the fence line. I have been very pleased with Pet Stop, Don, and Shane before the install, during, and now, after. About a week after the install we accidentally damaged the line and Don promptly came out and repaired the break. I would highly recommend Pet Stop!

I spent $1095 for their service. I don't have anybody to compare them with. They did the job, but I thought that they would be more involved with the training. I wasn't very happy with the training. They installed the fence nicely. I had them come back out again because they dug a trench for the wire and they didn't fill that back in. So, I didn't really like that. They were prompt in responding. I guess most of them probably have the same price. I would probably not use them again.

"We returned to the customers home each time requested promptly. Each time before we left we asked about any additional concerns or questions. We were not informed at time of sale this dog was aggressive towards other dogs or we would not have installed a fence for this dog."

The fence circles most of my 1/4 acre lot. It was pretty easy to get the dogs (I have two) used to the fence. I do keep an eye on them regardless since the fence doesn't keep any wandering stray animals or humans out. Don has been very helpful every time I call.

I am very pleased with all the service I have received. A probe broke off an old collar and the collar was replaced. The second time the system failed and he found that lightening had hit the low voltage system (and I found out later that some other low voltage systems in my house were also affected) and he replaced the control box. The third time I ordered an additional collar over the phone and it was at my door within 2 days. I am very happy with the service I have received.

A couple of times, I've had a problem, where at the end of my asphalt driveway the wiring came out, but he's been here as soon as possible to fix that. The fence has worked so well with me and my dog! I will continue to use them in the future.

Mr. Powell performed the installation and burial of the fence with minimal disruption to the lawn. He even trained our dog in how to use the fence properly.
