We had started seeing brown recluses in our bathroom, and needed someone to come out right away, before things got out of control. They were able to come out in a matter of days, and we have not seen a brown recluse since!

He sprayed thoroughly throughout the house. Explained what he sprayed and what I needed to do to continue eliminating the fleas. Haven't had a problem since.

They had us on a bi-weekly treatment plan, and no recluse seen. They have switched us to quarterly, and will spot treat if needed. They did come out and we tried their mosquito treatment option, and so far it seems to have worked. They are very personable and are always on time when they say they will arrive.

No complaints. In the past, companies would tell me that I had a 30 day guarantee, but usually would grumble about coming back out. Not Eagle Pest. The owner came out himself, and told me that if I still saw the bees milling around after a day, call and they would come back out. This is a differentiation from companies I've hired in the past, who made it clear I needed to wait 2-3 weeks for results.

My husband came home specifically to meet the guy spraying, Our appointment was between 1:30-2:00. He drove 30 minutes to make it home by 1:30. At 2:10 no one had shown up, he tried to call but no one answered. At 2:25 he showed up and apologized for running late but by then my husband had to leave for his next appointment. Complete waste of his time, had someone called to say they were running late he could have just cancelled and gone back to work.

Your appointment was scheduled from 2:00-2:30, as we schedule ALL of our appointments on the hour (with a 30-minute buffer), as opposed to on the half hour. We were at your home at 2:25, which was within the 30-minute time frame we promised. None of that was discussed with your husband, as he felt it was appropriate to just slam the door on our Service Managers face. We take pride in the fact that we are always on time for our appointments, and remain professional in everything we do. So, I guess all I can do is smile, and say thank you for your interesting review."

It was so nice to have a real person answer the phone when I called (no waiting for them to get back to me). John the service gentleman was so kind and respectful to me. He did a very thorough job spraying around the foundation, windows and doors. You wouldn't think something like this could be a pleasant experience, but this one was. Thanks so much Dan and John, you are amazing!!
