Contracted for luxury vinyl floor purchase and installation. CVM purchased and provided admitedly flawed flooring and wanted to charge additional to replace with same product that I had retained from the installation. CVM Cid blamed the manufacturer of the prodcut that CVM supplied and wanted to charge me an additional $800.00 to replace the flawed product. Equally disturbing during the attempted resolution process Cid of CVM (Text message still retained) the following " So u can either contact the manufacture and deal with them or pay me to fix it" The problem you have is material related and you know it" "I dont fabricate or sell material" and the real unscrupulous threat was this " Well if u r going this route ( report this deal by way of a review) there is always a two sides I can also write u a very bad review on ur Airbnb then"
