This was a $99 big deal purchase. I wasn't thrilled. They cleaned it, I'll say, but I would not have them again. I had a love seat that I could not move because it was too heavy. He moved it for me and I told him I wanted it cleaned underneath. I did not look at it before he left, but afterwards I saw it and, to me, it looked like it had not been cleaned. In the rest of the house it looked like he had done good quality work on the carpet. The pricing was fine. The only thing I had a problem with was that I called him and he said that he had not been informed that I was even on the list. That was not his problem I gathered.

My husband was upstairs and I was in the lower level (Basement) while Dave was cleaning. First mistake - He said nothing after he was finished... He just left. He didn't give me the opportunity to check his work or anything, which tells me that he cares nothing about customer satisfaction. Most company's will afford you the opportunity to purchase additional services on site, i.e. scotchgard, spot cleaning if theirs a stain, etc., but he did nothing. He didn't even allow me to give him the coupon that was printed out. Cleaning instructions - Family Room, Steps, Hallway & Master Bedroom... He didn't have to move anything because it was already done, per his instructions via telephone the day before. He just pushed the sofa back partially onto the breakfast area floor. Upon viewing, the Family Room looked really spotted but I thought it might dry better (though when other companies come the floors look clean immediately). I took pictures and will provide them upon request. The Family Room and Master Bedroom dried with dirt spots all over them (I knew there was a red stain in the Family Room and Master Bedroom) but the rest was just moved around dirt and the steps were soaking wet so I took a fan to dry them. I get the floors cleaned every quarter. Finally, my carpets are hard. Whatever the solution, the carpets dried hard.

Arrived on time and promptly went to work to clean and deodorize carpets in three rooms. The carpets looked and smelled great when done. I would certainly use them again!!

We recently finished a bunch of construction in our house and figured it was time to clean the ducts. I called Dave for air duct cleaning after obtaining an extremely high quote ($1100) from another Angie's List provider to clean our 25-30 vents. He said he could do the entire system plus sanitize for only $349, so we were sold! He was very professional and responsive, and came out the next business day. He called 15-20min before the appointment to confirm his arrival. Upon his arrival he checked out the HVAC setup and determined he would vacuum from the main lines, then sanitize the ducts with a lemon scented sanitizer. I mentioned to Dave an issue with reduced airflow when the A/C is on, and he instantly knew to clean the A/C coils. He worked on our system for a good 2-3 hours, then finished up with an overall assessment and a few pointers. Overall I am very satisfied with the work Dave performed, and am glad to have our ducts clean. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Punctual, and called to confirm arrival time beforehand. Carpets looked like new afterward. Very affordable as the name suggests!

I was going to purchase the Angie's list deal, but I had some questions, so I called the company. Over the phone I was convinced to do the deal for cash, outisde of Angie's list. On Angie's list, it says the provider will service my home (i.e. my home is in the service area). However, on the phone (two weeks ago) he said he usually doesn't go as far as our house (1/4 mile east of I-270), but he would do the deal for cash. We went to great lengths to prepare the space for carpet cleaning. 2 hours before the appointment, he TEXTS (he seems to lack the courage to call and explain himself) and cancels. Does not respond to phone calls to the number that he is texting from immediately after texts are sent. This is completely unprofessional. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS JERK!

Extrememly prompt return call, came out to clean carpets the same afternoon, did a fantastic job cleaning carpets including removing some nasty stains. Dave was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable also. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. Excellent all the way around

Dave was very professional. He explain what he was able and not able to remove from the carpet. The carpet look really nice after the cleaning.

Purchased the deal through Angie's List on a weekend day and Dave responded within 2 days of my order. We discussed my needs and he quoted me additional services for the couch and loveseat I also wanted cleaned. The day of the service, he called within 20 minutes of the appointed time to let me know he was on his way. Dave was very professional, and recommended deodorizing services for an additional flat cost. We are very happy with the results and the service provided by Dave and would use him again. Note for future purchasers of the $99 deal on Angie's list, this does not include stairs, so make sure you ask for a quote on these from Dave - it was reasonable so we added this on to our service as well.

Dave gave me an estimate over the phone during initial contact. Dave called ahead on the day of appointment and even arrived early. He did a good job and improved the look of the carpet.

The carpets look like new and they are original from 14 years ago. Dave was professional and personable and did a fantastic job. He was very responsive in scheduling the job. He was prompt and did the work in a short time. He moved furniture as needed and then put it back. I couldn't be happier.

Dave gave us an approximate estimate over the phone. He explained what he would be doing and why it needed to be done. He was early for our scheduled appointment which we appreciated very much. He worked diligently on our system which had never been cleaned before. His final price was less than his original estimate. Thank you Dave for a thorough job performed and a positive experience.

It was GREAT! I got a call back very soon after applying for the "deal" and we made an appointment for a convenient time for both of us. He was prompt, and very professional. He got right to work and had the carpets cleaned in no time. We are very happy with the service that we got and their professionalism.

Great! Turned out we had a pluming problem causing odor in carpet. Owner of company came back next day ( at no expense) to reclean carpet and solve pluming problem puzzle!

He was great! He was here on time and did better than I expected could be done! We had one chair that even he was unsure about. I was pleasantly suprised that it was almost perfectly cleaned!

He was very thorough in his explanation of what the cost covered and upfront on any extras. He also said all his pricing includes the sanitizer. There was no hidden costs or trying to oversell. He worked me in fairly quick and was very prompt.The only negative comment would be to watch the hose to the vacuum on the trim (especially white trim) it left some marks from rubbing up againt it.

The service was performed just as advertised. He called to set up a time and then on the day, called to say he could come early, if I desired. He was very professional, was in and out in no time after explaining everything. A "no hassle" transaction. I was very pleased!

He contacted me and let me know that I was out of their service area, he was polite about it. I am in the process of getting a refund through Angie's List for this Big Deal now.
