After my experience with Mike, I recommended him to several people. I did not recommend the crappy kohler Toilets. In talking with someone about my experience with those toilets and the work that Mike did for me, that person twisted what I had said to make it appear that I was unhappy with Mike's work. Mike just happened to be behind this person while this person was gossiping and Mike heard him say I was unhappy with his work. This hurt Mike's feelings as he had thought I had been happy with his work. After Mike heard that incorrect gossip, he did not return my calls when I needed him to do some more work. I wish he had called me so I could have told him that he was the BEST PLUMBER I had ever used. I hope this review clears everything up.
Mike stayed way longer than he anticipated and even worked after he usually quits so that the plumbing would be working properly for the company that was coming in for Thanksgiving. Thank you Mike! You get nominated for the Page of honer for going above and beyond the call of duty for a very fair price and not even charging me overtime or for all the extra time you took to try and fix the Kohler duds and for boxing them back up so I could return them.

Mike Caswell is the plumber I used. He is excellent. I would recommend him as a plumber. He stands behind his work. He is very affordable, too. The dishwasher works wonderfully. The garbage disposal was frozen up. Instead of selling me a new garbage disposal, he fixed it. He does not rip people off. I will use his services in the future.
