Very well. They were polite. They were careful about my walls and floors. They did break the paint at a couple registers.

They moved all my furniture and put it all back where it went. They were excellent. I had a special for so many rooms, but he switched out a room for an area rug. He showed me that he did not get one spot out, but the spot I could not even see. The spot was a red mark. This spot was so small that does not show and still made sure to tell me he could not get it out.

Good work, on time. No surprises. Fair price.

The guys who did the cleaning were very courteous and did a great job!

Steamatic gave me a phone quote to do the work and the time frame was acceptable. Since I was out of town, I had my sister meet them at the new home. The young men were extremely efficient and professional. Steve (?) and his associate were there when I arrived and had set up and were working. They cleaned all of the duct work, the furnace blower, and fan as well as the fresh air returns.  The whole process was a very pleasant surprise.
My husband and I have both worked in customer service most of our lives. It is very important that service professionals have great customer service skills and do they work they promise. Steamatic is at the top of our list when it comes to quality and service. Thanks guys!!

They got here when they said; they're on time. They did not take them very long at all to do what they had to do; it's just two rooms. They're reliable, dependable and they do a good job.

Because I wanted to understand what would be done during the service and how it would be done, I had a good conversation with Jeff (their "Director of Operations" several weeks ago. So, we set the appointment for 9:00AM for his team to arrive yesterday. At 9:30, I contacted Jeff because I still hadn't seen his team to see if something had fallen through the cracks. After checking on it, he told me that he had been out of town and in his absence, someone had changed the date to a future date. He apologized and politely asked if he could send a crew that was just finishing a job to see me later later in the day. We worked it out for them to show up at between 11:00 and 1:00.
Juan and Josh arrived at 11:40. I was very pleased with the respect they showed to me. they answered all questions I had and addressed every concern I had. I noted to Juan, deviations from the procedure (earlier discussed with Jeff) which I felt might affect the quality of the service. He happily met my concerns. As they were taking their equipment out to the truck, I checked most of the registers to ensure they had been reinstalled correctly and tight. I found 1 unacceptable and another one marginal. So I asked Juan if he could check all the registers to ensure they were reinstalled correctly and tight. He agreed to do so, tightening the particular register I had found loose.
Overall I am satisfied with the service but feel that they should not be changing customer appointments without notifying the customer. I also would like to think it unnecessary to remind them to keep to the high standards Jeff says they follow.
Yes, I would recommend them to others, but with the caveat that the customer keep a watchful eye to assure quality standards are met.

The carpet cleaning was perfectly fine. The duct cleaning was a disaster. While one gentlemen operated the equipment, the other went around the house removing vent covers. Although nice, when they left I found several duct covers not put back into place and missing screws. I also found that since the house is old, they removed a few duct covers that they could not get back in properly. That may have been why I encountered one gentlemen kicking the duct.
Overall, the carpet cleaning was fine but I wish I could go back in time and just not do the duct cleaning. It's been a complete pain and it was very sloppy. I won't do business with them again nor will I ever do duct cleaning again.

He was fast and did an excellent job! I could not have been more pleased.

I spent less than $50 on their services. The service was done well and I got a discount for taking the carpet to them. I had a flood in my basement and I had to take the little area rug to be cleaned. I wasn't willing to spend a lot of money because it was going to be like $80 or $90 to have them come out and do it. The rug was not even worth $80 or $90, and so they asked me to take the carpet to them and they would knock a whole lot of money off. They were just really personable and very nice to work with. They were really nice guys. If they do a good job and they're nice, then that's all that counts to me. After they were done, I picked the rug from them.

They were on time and took time to pre-treat the spots and stains. The carpets turned out looking good for the shape they are in.

They were really really nice people and the people they sent were really nice. They did the work, answered my questions, and made allowances for my problems. My ducts, however, aren't as clean as they said they were going to be, and their cleaning process knocked some of the dust from the outside of the ducts onto my clean laundry.

These guys are coming back to do it again, though.

Their prices ended up being a little higher than I expected. They were top notch professionals. They were really great. They got all the residue up. They didn't enough techs. One techs had a family emergency and had to leave. They didn't send out anyone to replace him and the tech that stayed was here until 10pm. They were late getting started because they couldn't find the house. I have never found a duct or carpet cleaner that was as efficient as they were.

It went pretty well. They did what they said they would do.

They did an excellent job. We have used others but they seemed to do the best. They are more thorough and just have better service. Their technician are not in a rush and take thier time. The equipment they use helps the dry time. It seemed to be dry in a matter of just a few hours. They have very good customer service.

I had to have them back out to retreat so I wasn't terribly happy. I appreciated that they did come back out and the guy that came out did a lot better job than the first guy that came out. I think that they were down two positions and they put some new people out before they were ready. The kid that came out did it way too fast and didn't retreat enough. He didn't get a lot of the dirt so I had to ask them to come back out. They did come back out. The price was a little too much for the results. I don't think I would use them again.

They did a good job. They were pretty thorough and the guy who did the work was very friendly. Their price was the whole house was pretty decent. I had no problem with their quality of work. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future.

Went pretty well. They're pretty pricey, and the stairs didn't come out as clean as I would have liked, but otherwise he did a great job and was punctual and friendly.

It went well. I had already taken some of the vent diffusers off to see what was inside. They did not want to put those back on. Some of the diffusers they put back on were not put on correctly, but that was not a big deal.
