Manrique's Remodeling

DO NOT USE Manrique Remodeling They were hired for a first-floor remodel and some other projects around the house. Since then, we've had a plumber out who's listed several things done incorrectly--the stove gas line was incorrectly sized at 1/2" instead of 3/4", the new tankless water heater also incorrectly sized and was not vented out with the correct piping (used PVC, should have been stainless steel) and also was vented out with the furnace pipe, which would then cause condensation in the pipe, that would run down into the water heater and cause it to not work for days. We've had flooring contractors out to look at the flooring that was installed, which they said was installed incorrectly, causing cupping and separation. Not to mention, the flooring that was installed was NOT the flooring that we picked out; we picked out a luxury vinyl plank flooring, and what was installed was a laminate that "closely matched." The flooring was also NOT leveled before being installed, causing bowing throughout when walking on it. Manrique Remodeling was also supposed to replace our breaker box, and though he never did, we had an electrician out who replaced it and mentioned that there were several lines that were just tied together out in the open and running, instead of being installed correctly, which was a fire hazard. There were several outlets that were supposed to be installed that weren't that we're still having ran. They replaced the windows in our house, and in the process dropped one breaking it; it was supposed to be fixed but never was after several "we'll take it when we're here tomorrow." There were also several other projects that were just simply never done. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking for a more qualified contractor.
