This was a very good experience. No one wants to be without their cell phone for too long, so my main concern in getting it repaired was to find someplace close. Their location, not far from downtown KC, was ideal for me. Called early on a Monday to describe the problem and they said if I had it in by 10 a.m., I could have it back by lunch. I dropped it off at about 10 and the phone was back to me by 10:45. It looks and works great.
