Other World Technology is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We only service/repair Apple branded products. We're able to assist with service and repairs covered under your AppleCare agreement as well as out of warranty service. We accept, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and cash payments.

We repair MacBooks, iMacs, Mac Minis, Mac Pros, Time Capsules, iPhones, iPads and iPod touches. We also offer onsite IT support visits to residential and small to medium sized business working in an Apple environment. Mac repairs include but are not limited to screen repairs, hard drive repairs, logic board repairs and data recovery. iPhone, iPad and iPod touch repairs include but are not limited to screen repairs, button repairs and battery replacements.

Services we don't offer

Our Windows support service is limited to migrating Windows users to a Mac environment. We can also assist with Mac users who need to run Windows on their Mac. We only support Apple technology and we don't repair or support any other brands of computers, tablets or phones.

These guys are good and they took care of me right away. I called before I went to them and they fixed the phone in about 40 minutes.

This was a very good experience. No one wants to be without their cell phone for too long, so my main concern in getting it repaired was to find someplace close. Their location, not far from downtown KC, was ideal for me. Called early on a Monday to describe the problem and they said if I had it in by 10 a.m., I could have it back by lunch. I dropped it off at about 10 and the phone was back to me by 10:45. It looks and works great.
