great service had communication issue on work to be done but they went ahead and did the extra work for the original estimate

I called 3 different plumbers in our area (including RotoRouter) and all would take days, if not a week, to come out. With the water running I tried an unknown company, United Plumbing. They had very good reviews on Google. Within an hour we had Randy here. He accessed the situation, got the water slowed to a drip and gave us a bid. He was very professional and informative. They scheduled us for 2 days later. Kris came to put in a new frost-proof hydrant and less than an hour later we were good to go! We thought the cost was high ($975) but Kris assured us it was the average cost. Kris was also very nice, professional, and informative.

Ed did a great job both times. We have an old house with lots of quirks and he has been able to fix the problems with persistence. He was on time at very fair priced. We will continue to use him.
