let me start by saying that, I would not recommend them to remodel a dog house. I had to clean up after them each day that they where here an throwing away boxes sweeping up in the kitchen, after they where done, the garage as well. they did not finish the flooring under the stove until I looked, an said they where trying to save me money like another $60.00 was going to break me. He tried to supply me with a used scratched up sink they tried polishing it out for 3 hours, the scratches where so deep they would not come out. they scratched up the cover on the faucet plate I had to get a new one, to replace it while they where replacing the sink they scratched my new stove on the top when they where setting it in they scratched my dish washer corner installing the counter tops. they chipped my newly painted garage door bringing in the counter top. When I told the owner about how they had lost the plastic prong to the bottom of the dish washer an I found it in the trash he took of the jerry rigged screw off of it an put the plastic prong on an said he would have to order the other one, an that the dish washer door still would not close an it needed to be raised on the one side an moved out, so that it would close. obviously I will not recommend them to any one, I will how ever say that Celest who did the back splash did a great job. They were knowledgeable and provided options. They were neat and cleaned up behind themselves. The job finished on time.

I am very grateful to Aaron and his company Kitchen Concepts for their very professional and excellent work reinstalling a countertop that had been installed incorrectly several years ago and continued to deteriorate. The company was efficient and helpful in explaining how they would correct the issue. Then, they did just that and it looks wonderful.

The granite was cracked and edges were rough had them take it back to fix it they did and installed my counter tops. Had to reschedule due to no one contacting me to let me know they were not gonna show up till day after the original confirmed appointment.

Their work was exceptional! However I really think they lacked in customer service skills. On three separate occasions they promised they would come to work on the project and they didn't show. They didn't call either to warn me. Leaving me to have to wait all day for them until I called and they confirmed they won't come that day. Very annoying. And when they were coming they would be hours late and wouldn't give me a call giving me a time frame. I feel like if they really targeted more on their customer service skills they would be a top notch painting company.

I would like to say positive things about this company but unfortunately we are still waiting for them to contact us about items that need to be corrected. The grout on our backsplash is cracking and in some areas chunks of grout are falling out. Several of our electrical outlets were not secured and are hanging loose. We had a significant delay in getting our project started to begin with. This was not the fault of the company. However their refusal to come back now and fix these problems is frustrating to say the least. I could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone. The job was done in October and we are still waiting for the items to be fixed. Had these items been addressed in a timely manner this would be a different review all together. They have our money so there is no need to come back for the corrections I suppose.

Kitchen Concepts are the GREATEST! The employees are very courteous, they stay busy and get the work done, very neat and clean throughout the project. Aaron is very nice and tells you what will be done, how they will do the project and stays on top of the project all the way through. Kitchen Concepts is the only company to use for a kitchen redo. We are very PLEASED!

I highly recommend Aaron Gulick and Kitchen Concepts! We purchased a home with a beautiful large kitchen but it had outdated pickled oak cabinets and laminate countertops. Aaron and his artists transformed my kitchen into exactly what I had in mind. It is now beautiful and looks like it should be photographed and shown in magazines!! I went with antique linen white with van dyke brown glaze over and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The attention to every detail shows throughout the entire kitchen. AMAZING ARTISTS!!! Thank you for all who worked so hard on my kitchen and brought it to life with beauty. I'm so proud of my kitchen.

They do not take pride in their finished product and are slow getting them to return to fix and repair items.

Aaron is truly a pro. We were very lucky to find him. I recommend him highly. Cabinets were finished like a fine gun stock. Really amazing.

I am very pleased with the final outcome. This was my first experience at any kind of remodel and I was pretty unsure of my decisions but the final outcome was exactly what I wanted. It did seem to take a lot longer than planned. The original estimate was 7-10 business days. I did add a few things on during the process (install a dishwasher, modify a cabinet for a new refrigerator and in cabinet pull-outs) so I expected perhaps a day or two, maybe three more than the estimate. The project started two weeks later than first planned and took a total of 21 business days.. Again, this was my first experience with a contractor.

Aaron Gulik is very professional and we are waiting on an estimate. We told him we were in no hurry. He asked us pertinent pictures of what we would like. He was very good in pointing us in the right direction.

Exceptional workmanship. If you want a project done right then Aaron is the person to hire. He doesn't cut corners in a project, even if it takes more time to do it the right way. The end results were exactly as promised and I am very VERY happy with my kitchen remodel.

I received 3 quotes for my project. I choose Kitchen Concepts they were not the cheapest but I liked the time frame the work could be completed. Sadly to say they did not meet the time frame of before Christmas. They called and wanted to install the cabinets on Friday the 23rd and finish up on Sat the 24th (Christmas Eve) this did not work for me since I had a house full of company for the Holidays. They did complete the work and I am pleased with the outcome. They quoted me a price and that is what I paid. There were no extra charges or change orders which is very uncommon when it comes to remodel work. The crew was very pleasant.

Kitchen upgrade was completed as promised. Bid for the Granite counter tops, under cabinet lighting and backsplash was exactly what we paid, upon completion of the Kitchen up grade.

Great group of people, far price, no hidden cost, everything up front and always willing to do as the customer asks.

With what he had to work with Aaron did a wonderful job. The estimate of time was about 3 weeks when in actuality it turned out to be 5 1/2 weeks, mostly due to shipping of the final cabinets. It was a terrible mess during the demolition & construction, but plaster & saw dust are messy. Maybe he should have sealed off the rest of the house better, but we had to live there & be able to get around. He also had good ideas to pass on whenever we ran in to an obstacle. Some ideas cost a few "bucks' but turned out to be worth the expense. Very reasonable, comparitively! We are realy enjoying our new kitchen & dining room & "love" the cabinets

Excellent craftsmanship (in a not so easy - way out of square) 100 year old kitchen. But my new custom counters are perfect. Aaron's price is more than fair, and he comes in exactly on schedule. Not only do I recommend Kitchen Concepts... I'd never use another source for my needs again, and I'll be using them again in the next month or so for another project already.

Accomplished task fast and very professionally. Removal of existing countertops and installation of new within 1 1/2 days.

Did a great job of repairing a crack in our solid surface countertop and then set in a new cooktop, all at a very reasonable price.
