Total Highspeed Internet Solutions

Try to avoid at all cost. Our internet has been having issues for 5 months, with no fix and or communication in regards to their fix. We are still forced to pay full price for 1/2 usability, that is an area wide issue. However, they are working on it...... says the robot every week for 5 + months now.

Customer service and interactions with staff was always friendly and professional. Unfortunately the signal is poor and my son can't really play any of his online games. We pay for a higher package so he can game and I feel it is over paid and was a poor decision that I was led to believe it would work fine for him to game. The connection will be very slow or none responsive at times. Also if there is any ice or snow on the antenna then the signal drops and you will be completely without internet service until it melts away. (Made for a very boring snow day for my son). Overall, I needed internet service in an area with limited options. There isn't a cap on how much data is used which is a plus.

When we moved to Southwest Missouri in 2005, we chose to live in a rural area near Springfield. The only internet provider in this area was the phone company, by using dial-up at very slow data rates.  DSL was not available, since we were located too far from a switch location.  Wireless data plans via cellular were not available then, and Satellite communications options were too restrictive and expensive at the time.  I contacted a wireless company I had heard about in Springfield called Total Wireless that was just starting up the beginning of 2006.  They mounted a radio antenna on my house that pointed to their Nixa location, and began providing broadband service to my home.  Since then, they have gone through many technology transitions, and eventually became Total Highspeed Internet with their offices now in Nixa, MO. 
This company has  provided reliable consistent internet service to my home since that time.  They have been communicative through the years, and continue to provide a great service to the rural community in this area.  Although their rates may not be competitive with those providers in metro areas, probably due to lack of population density, they have not changed their rates since the first day of service over 8-years ago.  I have spoken with their techs over the phone, and at my home, during equipment upgrades, as well as with their staff when stopping by their office while in Nixa, and I have always been met with a courteous, prompt, and professional response. 
Even though new cellular and satellite technologies have become available, Total Highspeed has not gotten involved with playing the confusing and constantly changing tiered rate and data cap marketing games. They simply continue to provide reliable service with no data limits, or marketing gimmicks, at consistent rates. I have no reason or desire to go anywhere else.
