As expected the work went very well, he was very detailed oriented. The first time he did the work, then he did a test to check the levels and they came up high, so he came back and installed a bigger pump to pull more air out from the ground, he then did another test, this one came down right under the recommended level. He followed up, was clean, thorough with his work, honest, very detailedoriented, even with explanations, the work completed, etc.
Description of Work: We live in an area on East Springfield where our radon was SKY high 38.. the recommended level is 4. He came out, gave us an estimate, explained what he was going to do and why. He gave us 2 options and again explained what he recommended and why.

The whole process went extremely well. Mr. Medley was very forthcoming about every aspect of the job. He explained everything to us, made sure we understood everything before he moved forward, and he was very careful and attentive in his work. He really went above and beyond in his job; he has an in-depth knowledge of houses, and pointed out many issues/concerns that we were unaware of. In the end, the system he installed works great and it has been working without a problem ever since.
Description of Work: Mr. Medley figured out the best way to install a radon mitigation system in our house, installed it, and ran tests afterwards to make sure the system was working.
