The project was delayed a few days b/c of another job they were working on but once it got going it went really fast. The job was at my parents's house and they were very considerate of them. It looks fine now and we're happy with the results.

I can't ask for anything any better. We came in under budget from what he estimated. Everything was right on the money. He does things the way we asked in a timely manner. There isn't anything bad to say about him. He is a true general contractor and had other specific construction crews come in and all do their part. He oversees all the different facets of the construction. We didn't waste any time; they came in and it went up. When they got done with my room, the way we had it built you would never know there was an addition to my house. Everything he did was good; I have no growling about anything. His pricing was competitive and was right where he needed to be. We contacted three or four other contractors and only one or two slowly got to us. Randy, and I didn't know him before we talked to him; got back to us right away. If there was something he didn't like when he reviewed all the different segments of the construction he would have it redone right then. I will use him again in the future.
