 + -1 moreMike Dugan, the owner, did an excellent job. He was friendly and very personable, but it did not get in the way of him being efficient and timely. He even liked our cats and dogs (we work in animal rescue). Our piano sounds fantastic.

 + -1 moreHe comes to your house. He is great. He is reliable and I would recommend him.
Description of Work: I had my piano tuned by Dugan Piano Service in October or November before the holidays. He also fixed a couple of things on the piano. It might have been a wire that needed to be replaced or something like that. I get it tuned once or twice a year.

 + -1 moreI feel that he is very knowledgeable about the instrument. He was very helpful explaining how environmental things, such as the humidity, can affect the pitch and sound of the piano. We have been having him take care of our piano for a while and will continue to do so in the future.
