Home Building
I was shocked that this builder would not back up their work. I would have a better understanding if it was a "he said, she said" matter. With my research as well as my knowledge from being in the same field of work, plus the standards required for tile installation plainly worded in the TCNA (which I copied for them) it was clear that this builder did not care about "doing the right thing" or producing quality work.
