We have used this provider for several years since they installed a new pool liner for us and have always done an outstanding job. Last year we were charged around $300 to reopen our pool for the season which we felt was within reason for the travel, labor and materials required. This year was a different story! 2 young men arrived, only 1 of which had experience, the other was in training. The experienced one had to call someone for instructions when the pool light repair wasn't cooperating with them, Also, last year the pool needed considerable cleaning, this year we had everything ready with the exception of leaves in the bottom. In short, they had to do less work, they charged us for 4 hours time, twice what should have been necessary if both service men were sufficiently experienced, with the result we were charged double. When we called the company to complain, the response was: "It is, what it is!". The services provided us by this company were predatory and unacceptable.
