The first step was the estimate; very thorough and very pleased that though a few other minor problems were noted in other areas of the foundation, he assured us that these would not need to be repaired (we had been told by another company that all corners of our house needed support repair). He also took the time to show us other things we could do to help with maintaining our foundation and recommended a solution to keep our garage from getting water in it during heavy rains (they do not provide this service, but we recently got a plumbing company out who completely agreed with the solution that was provided to us by Ozark Foundation). Work was scheduled and they were excellent - they left the area around all their work in very good condition, including reseeding the area. The huge crack we had is very minimal now and we feel so much better about that portion of our house. The only glitch was when the workers arrived - the moving of our air condition unit had not been included in the quote, left of inadvertently by the person making the quote. I stood my ground on this one (not easy for me to do) as they told us we would have to find someone at the last minute to move it and/or they would find someone and we would have to split the cost. When I said no, they did remind me that they could charge more for some things that were listed in the original quote (thicker footings that we had that took more work), but in the end, they paid for the air condition unit moving and did not charge anymore than the original quote. I felt good about this because this is how we run our business - if we make a mistake in something we priced, we cover it ourselves, so I did appreciate them taking the responsibility for this mistake on their estimate.

I was starting to get small cracks in walls at corners of doors and some minor sloping in high weight areas of home. Wanted foundation checked. Called and made appointment. Charlie Smith came out within a couple of days on 1/22/15 and identified issues and offered solutions. Gave price quote and took time to explain in detail what the issues were and options for fixing the problem. Scheduled service at my convenience for 2/13/15. Joe and his crew arrived on time, very professional and kept me informed as the work progressed. Joe was very courteous, very professional and clearly knew what he needed to do and how to do it. I was very pleased with the work. Charlie also recommended that I have the piers under the house re-shimed due to compression and then leveled. That work was also performed by a separate company and now my crawl space and sub flooring is dry and level. No more cupping on my wood floors and separating in the joints of my door trim. Great company to work with and trustworthy.

It depends on whether or not the foundation has solidified or continues to sink and whether or not they honor their warranty if it continues to sink. They were timely and appeared to know what they were doing. They were responsive. It’s a 20-year warranty so I won’t be using them if it doesn’t work. I would anticipate that I would need them and should be like a repair. It’s not a question of having them to come out again. Maybe they have done a good job or they haven’t. It needs to be seen.

They were very good. The first time they came I paid $650 and the second visit I paid $600. They seemed honest, they told us exactly what they would do, they did it, the repair worked and we are satisfied. They checked back with us to make sure we weren't experiencing any more cracks.

Charlie was great when he gave the estimate and Joe was super. He did have to come back and re-do one area and did a great job. I would recommend these folks to anyone in need of this type repairs.

Charley Smith came out and gave us a complete estimate and explained everything. He gave all kinds of information about crawl space construction and told us exactly what his company could do. His team of 4 started the job about 10 days later. They were very professional and explained everything and answered all our questions. I don't know how to explain what they did but it was amazing! We just bought this house and the crawl space was horrible. These guys cleaned everything up. They removed debris, sealed vents, put in drain tile, installed a sump pump and a dehumidifier, then encapsulated the whole crawl space with 1456 sq ft of white plastic. They took my husband down in the crawl space, showed him every aspect of their work and explained how to maintain the system. It is so clean someone could live down there??! We noticed immediately a change in our HVAC system. Our central air only came on a few times during the 90+ degree weather on the day everything was finished. We are very pleased and know that our home is protected. Thank you!

Everything was installed in a very quick and efficient manner by a very professional crew in about a day and a half. The crawlspace is now dry and clean. And it is much warmer in winter now, which should keep the house warmer too. I have a remote thermometer down there and it never dips below 60 degrees and stays about 50% humidity.

Charley came out quickly and gave us a clear estimate. Work was started in about two weeks and completed in only two days. The crew was outstanding- very hard-working, responsible, competent, polite and professional. Now the crawl space is clean and bright enough to live in! And dry. Theoretically, it should keep the house warmer in winter and keep the air in the house cleaner too (as lots of treated air comes from the crawl space), although I can't say I've noticed either. I am very happy with the job and the company. The only issue I have had is that I keep destroying the sump pop-up with my lawn tractor, as suction from the deck pulls the pop-up into the blade, so don't drive over it with a mower!
