Central Missouri Inspection Services L.L.C. has been open since 2001. With over 25 years of experience, Richard Ives has inspected over 15,000 inspections. Before he became a home inspector, Richard served 24 years as a firefighter for the Jefferson City Fire Department. In those 24 years, 18 years was spent as Arson inspector, New business inspector, and High ordinance inspector. Richard, due to his loyalty, strives to leave his customers with the confidence of making an informed decision. Central Missouri Inspection Services offer a wide range of inspections: Home buyer/seller Inspections, Mold Inspections, Private Waste Inspections, Radon Inspections, Structural Inspections, Termites Inspections, and Water Potable Inspections. We also upgraded to a software called Palm-Tech. Palm-Tech helps our clients easily read and understand the report of the house they are wanting to purchase. Pictures are together with the report that reduces questions and identify problems.
