Precision Heating Air & Refrigeration

GREAT! We contacted Precision during the hottest part of the season because our air conditioner stopped working. We needed it fixed ASAP. We called a number of providers who either did not answer or did not return our calls. Rudy called back within an hour and came out to the house right away. He assessed the problem and discovered we needed a new fan motor. He picked one up and returned and informed us that he checked and found it to be under warranty (we had not thought of that) and he saved us $800 by doing so. Within 45 minutes he had the air working and found another problem of which we were unaware. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We told him when he left that he had made a permanent customer! Excellent experience - very impressed.
