PARKS INSURANCE

Description of Work: I was having problems with my home owners insurance company, who was through Parks Insurance. The rep on the phone found another insurance company, at a reasonable price, and good coverage. She told me she would make the new insurance effective the day after my old insurance expired.She told me she would send an agent out the house to take pictures, everything was taken care of. A month later I received a letter from my mortgage company saying I had no insurance, and a "forced" lenders insurance had come into effect. I called Parks and told them the situation, she acted like we had never talked, never took responsibility for not following through. Two more days passed and I received a phone call saying they couldn't insure us, because we have chickens,( not chicken houses, not hundreds, about 15 chickens) and chickens are a "liability". I have since then called another insurance company. They say our chickens are not a problem and we now have insurance again.
