It was awesome. They did a good job. They were professional and caring. They try to do the best they can. Jamie Otten, the owner, came out and had two or three other guys with him. It took several hours to contain the problem, and then only took a couple of hours to fix. He called the gas company to make sure they weren't hitting any gas lines. He called the electric company to make sure he wasn't hitting any lines. I would tell a friend or family member they are awesome.

Purchased a hot water heater and they came to install the new one and haul off the old one. They showed up on time. Did a fantastic job. Found the leak I had from my toilet and fixed that. Very nice and professional. Will definitely use them again. Was great to be able to support a local small business in my community.

It was a whole remodeling job.  I have used him four times.  He usually tries to send the same crew.  They are professional, very polite and nice.  I've been using him for about five years.  His prices always seem quite reasonable.  He used to handle all of our city’s water as he used to be the head of our water department here.  That's why I use him.  He knows all the stuff.  He has about 25 years of experience.  He stands behind everything that he does.
