They came out and measured everything, and then they told me they would have to make a firm appointment because it was all custom. I spend part of my time living in another state, so I came back into town for the appointment. They didn't show up due to weather, so we made another "firm" appointment, that they also didn't show up for. I tried and tried to get them to come out, but they would never make a new appointment that wasn't several months down the road. I paid for the job in full, and it took a lot of grief to get it back.

Fantastic. The crew got there in the morning and finished by noon. Cleaned up all the mess. Couldn't even tell that someone had come to re-shingle the house. Even the neighbors commented on what a great job was done and how quickly they finished and cleaned up.
